Reliant offers catalog, custom and semi-custom heat treating ovens for a variety of materials. We build natural gas, LP gas-fueled, and electric ovens in dozens of sizes for heat treating at temperatures up to 850° F. We also manufacture custom heat treating ovens for applications up to 1400° F.
We have over 100 different walk-in sized heat treating ovens in our catalog. Our standard catalog model heat treating ovens feature operating temperatures that can range from as low as 140° F to as high as 850° F. Custom models are available for special applications, and we are developing a product line of catalog 1100° and 1400° F models.
Reliant heat treating ovens that operate at lower temperatures can be configured with powered or manual conveyor systems or automated material handling. We design, build and install turn-key systems, but our systems also work well with equipment that is manufactured by other providers.
Our most popular heat treating ovens are low temperature models used for annealing plastic parts, particularly polyethylene pipe. The ovens are typically used to relax parts after they have been formed. Higher temperature annealing ovens for metal parts are available as both catalog and custom models.
Reliant also manufactures ovens for aging, normalizing, stress-relieving and tempering applications.
