Reliant manufactures catalog, custom and semi-custom industrial paint booths and powder coating booths for all types of coating situations. These include booths used solely for applying wet paints or powder coatings, as well as booths where paint can be applied and then cured in the same enclosure. We build electric, natural gas and LP gas fueled heated spraying and curing booths, as well as dual-use spray booths that include infrared heating for paint or powder curing. We also manufacture supplemental air moving appliances for waterborne curing applications.
We have over 500 standard spray booths in our current product line. Our standard catalog model spray-to-waste paint booths and powder booths are built from galvanized steel or white coated steel. We also manufacture stainless steel booths, typically for integration with powder reclamation systems. Catalog models are all fire rated, and available with either insulated or single skin cabins.
Reliant designs, builds and installs turn-key finishing systems, but we can easily integrate our paint booths and powder spray booths with equipment being designed or supplied by other companies.
Industrial paint booths are one of our most popular products. They are available in downdraft, cross-flow, semi-downdraft, and side-draft configurations, with or without doors. Many wet paint booths have filtered doors, but many of our powder coating booths are sold without doors or with personnel doors and contoured ware openings. Our most sophisticated models include fixed gun arrays or automated reciprocators.
Our best-selling powder reclamation booth is typically packaged with one or more exhaust modules that feature cartridge type filtration systems. The exhaust system includes one or more recovery bins where powder is either manually reclaimed or pumped through a sieve and blended with virgin powder for reuse.
Reliant provides spray walls, refinishing stations, booths, and spraying equipment. We offer package discounts to clients needing more than just a single appliance and end-users save money on freight because all of the equipment ships from one factory.
